Sturgess Jaguar in Leicester, has been named Franchised Main Dealer of the Year in the prestigious Motor Codes Garage of the Year awards. Motor Codes, operator of the government‑backed codes of practice for the automotive industry, conducts the annual competition in association with the Auto Express Driver Power reliability and satisfaction survey.
More than 11,500 people rated their experience of the customer service they received at Motor Codes‑subscribing garages across the UK, with the comments relating to the twenty regional finalists analysed further to determine which main dealer deserved the top honour. Motor Codes recognised Sturgess Jaguar for its transparent, customer‑focused approach and its all‑round efforts to accommodate all types of customer requirements.
