The All-New Jaguar XJ Takes Miami

Pulling up to a chic and luxurious property like ONE Bal Harbor Resort & Spa in Miami is usually enough to make any guest gasp in amazement, but on this beautiful sunny day, it was a fleet of fabulous Jaguar cars that grabbed every onlookers attention. As part of the Jaguar XJ Miami Experience event, Jaguar North America hosted a select group of media, customers, and VIPs to experience the brand's all‑new flagship sedan.
 

Prior to even driving the 2011 Jaguar XJ, guests gushed about the sleek new design of the model. From the bold lines of the dynamic exterior to the exquisite workmanship of the interior, it was unanimous that all in attendance were impressed by the redesign of this iconic car.

The day kicked off outdoors on the sea view terrace of ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa. With a cool ocean breeze and a breathtaking view, guests were greeted with a plethora of fresh fruit and an assortment of breads and pastries to enjoy before hitting the road. Prior to a vehicle walk around with a Jaguar Product Specialist, and to combat the bright Miami sun while driving, guests were invited to choose from a selection of stylish Ray Ban® sunglasses. To add to the experience, Jaguar also fitted each XJ with Flip® video cameras for guests to document their journey in the brand's flagship luxury sedan.
 

Also in attendance was actress, Jessica Szohr from the hit television show Gossip Girl. After picking out a pair of shades, Szohr joined guests for the ride & drive portion of the event, getting behind the wheel of the 2011 Jaguar XJ in a fabulous pair of Christian Louboutins heels.
 

In convoy, 15 all‑new 2011 Jaguar XJ vehicles, in varying colors and trim levels, took to the road to see what the fierce Jaguar is really made of. Causing an impressive scene on the road from Miami to Boca Raton, guests made their stop for lunch at the plush Boca Raton Resort & Club where they started with a number of lavish dishes from Morimoto Sushi Bar restaurant and concluded with some delicious treats, including frozen hot chocolate drinks, chocolate covered strawberries and an assortment of cakes from the famous Serendipity.
 

As the Jaguar XJ Miami Experience came to an end and guests returned back to ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa, the feedback was unanimous, the Jaguar brand is back in a big way!
