Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance

It's a busy Saturday at the Jaguar test drive area. By noon there had already been over 50 test drives with dozens of people signed up and waiting, writes Stuart Schorr, Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs, Jaguar Land Rover, North America.

Especially popular are the XK convertibles. Auto aficionados are scheduling appointments for their turn in the XKR with the Black Pack.

Jaguar IMSA champion Davy Jones and former Indy car and F1 pilot Roberto Guerrero, instructors at the Jaguar R Performance Academy, ride along and answer questions about the 2011 models.

The front entrance of the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton is awash in spectacular automobiles of every type and form. First in line is the new XJL Supersport, followed by Bugatti, Rolls Bentley and Lamborghini. Everybody is looking forward to a great concours on Sunday. Stay tuned for updated reports.
